By-law No.7315/13
Being a by-law to establish those parts of Lot
94, Plan 350, being Part 9, 40R-28126, Parts
6 and 7, 40R-9610 and Block 13, 40M-1448,
as public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 94,
Plan 350, being Part 9, 40R-28126, Parts 6 and 7, 40R-9610 and Block 13, 40M-1448,
and wishes to establish them as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Those parts of Lot 94, Plan 350, being Part 9, 40R-28126, Parts 6 and 7,
40R-9610 and Block 13, 40M-1448 are hereby established as public highway
(Dahlia Crescent).
By-law passed this 18th day of November, 2013.
