Harker, Recording Secretary Paul Jones, Chair, called the meeting to order. (I) Disclosure of Interest No disclosures of interest were noted. (II) Adoption of Minutes 1. 2010 Election Compliance Audit Committee Minutes Dated October 11, 2012 Moved by Joe Brown That the 2010 Election Compliance Audit Committee Minutes Dated October 11, 2012 be adopted. Carried (III) Matters for Consideration In accordance with Procedural By-law 7212/12 and the provisions of the Municipal Act, an In Camera meeting of Committee was held. Moved by Donald Hudson 2010 Election Compliance Audit Committee A Meeting Minutes Monday, December 17, 2012 9:00 am – Community Services Boardroom Chair: Paul Jones 2 That Committee move In Camera in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act and Procedural By-law 7212/12, in that the matters to be discussed relate to personal matters about an identifiable individual and litigation or potential litigation and the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege. Carried 1. 2010 Election Compliance Audit Committee David Reiter, Solicitor, appeared before the 2010 Election Compliance Audit Committee and conveyed information that is subject to solicitor-client privilege and information about an identifiable individual A question and answer period ensued. Moved by Donald Hudson That the Committee rise from the In Camera session. Carried into Open Session Moved by Joe Brown That the decision made in the In Camera meeting of Committee be ratified in this open session. Refer to the In Camera minutes for further information. [City Clerk has custody and control of the In Camera minutes.] Carried 2. Next Meeting An In Camera meeting was set for February 20, 2013 at 9:00 am at the Pickering Civic Complex.
