By-law No.7226/12 ,
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 9, Plan
40M-1457, Pickering, as public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Block 9, Plan
40M-1457, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway:
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Block 9, Plan 40M-1457 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fawndale Road).
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of June, 2012.
