By-law No.7198/12
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks.27, 28
and 29, `Plan 40M-2399, as public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 27, 28 and 29,
Plan 40M-2399 and wishes to dedicate them as public,highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Blocks 27, 28 and 29; Plan 40M-2399 are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Wingarden Crescent). -
By-law read a 'first, second and third, time and finally passed this 26th day of March,
`2012.
