The Corporation of the City of Pickering
'By-law No'.7195/12.
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot
12, Plan 282, being Part 10, Plan
40R-27230, Pickering, as public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 12,
Plan 282, being Part 10, Plan 40R-27230, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. That part of Lot 12, Plan 282, being Part 10, Plan 40R-27230 is hereby dedicated
as public highway (Pine Grove Avenue):
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of February,
2012.
