The Corporation of the City of Pickering
By-law No.7193/12
Being a by-law to dedicate that, part of Lot
20, Concession 3, designated as Part 2,
Plan 40R-27282 as a public highway and
name it Winville Road and to dedicate
those ` parts of Lot 19, Concession 3,
designated as Parts 2 and 7, Plan
40R-27228. as a public highway and name
them Zents Drive.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 20,
Concession 3, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-27282 and those parts of. Lot
19, Concession 3, Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 7, Plan 40R-27228 and wishes
to dedicate them as public highways.
And Whereas pursuant to the Municipal Act, the Council of a -local municipality may
pass by-laws for giving names of highways:
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. That part of Lot 20, Concession 3, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan
40R-27282 and those parts of Lot 19, Concession 3, Pickering, designated as
Parts 2 and 7, Plan 40R-27228 are hereby dedicated as public highways.
2. That part of Lot 20,-Concession 3, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-27282 is
hereby named "Winville Road".
3. Those parts of Lot 19, Concession 3, designated as Parts ,2 and 7, Plan
40R-27228 are hereby named "Zents Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed. this 21 st day of February,
2012.
