The Corporation of the City of Pickering
By-law No.7192/12
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot
6, Registrar's Compiled Plan 819, being
Part 3, Plan 40R-27362, Pickering, as
public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 6,
Registrar's Compiled Plan 819, being Part 3, Plan 40R-27362, Pickering, and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1 Part:of Lot 6, Registrar's Compiled Plan 819, being Part 3, Plan 40R-27362 is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Helm Street).
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of February,
2012.
