By-law No. 7173/11
Being `a by-law to dedicate Staghorn Road,
Plan 350, Pickering, designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R-27205, as public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Staghorn Road, Plan
350, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-27205 and wishes to dedicate it as
public highway.
"Now, therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Staghorn Road, Plan 350, Pickering, designated as. Part 1, Plan 40R-27205 is
hereby dedicated as public highway.
By-.law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of November,
2011
