provisions of the Municipal Act and Procedural 8 -law 6746107, in that the matters to be
discussed relate to the receiving of advice tha is subject to solicitor-client privilege,
including communications necessary for that pu ose and litigation or potential litigation,
including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the City.
