EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Council approved the Purchasing By-law on November 5, 2001 which included a request to have
a summary. of contract awards arising from the fonnal quotation process be forwarded to Council
as infonnation only on a quarterly basis.

In accordance with Purchasing Policy Item 04,06, a summary of contract awards arising from the
fonnal quotation process is provided herein for the infonnation of Council.
