1. An explanation of application was given by the Manager,
Policy and Information Division.
2. There were no comments in favour of the by-law.
3. Murray Stroud, on behalf of his father, spoke against the
by-law. He stated that the new zoning will not recognize
the existing use of a supermarket on the property and
requested that a Cl zoning be put in place.

ALTONA/ROUGEMOUNT AREA NORTH

1. An explanation of application was given by the Manager,
Policy and Information Division.
2. There were no comments in favour of the by-law.
3. Larry tkDonald, on behalf of the landowner, spoke against
the by-law. He stated the new by-law establishes a mlnlmum
of 0.4 hectares for development which limits plans for his
site. He requested a minimum 0.2 hectare lot area be
established.

The Meeting adjourned at the hour of 8:20 p.m.
