Council on Monday, May 2, 1988 at 7:30 p.m.

1. An explanation of the application was given the by
Manager - Current Operations Division.
2. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the

An explanation of the application was given by the
Director of Planning.

2. Mr. McQuire, on behalf of the applicant, stated his
support of the rezoning but requested that the setback
on the northerly property line be reduced to 7.5
metres and that the landscaping requirement on the
westerly property line be reviewed.
3. There were no comments from those opposed to the
by-law.
