(I) PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW NUMBER 2787/88 (A 56/87)

ON THE WEST SIDE OF BROCK ROAD, NORTH OF FINCH AVENUE
1. An explanation of the application was given by the Director
of Planning.

~1arianne Wilde, applicant, stated that all conditions with
respect to the Health Department, parking and the Region
have been met and that she will enter into a
site/development agreement. She added that the facility is
ready to use, families and staff are waiting and requested
the by-law receive three readings in order for her to open
by July 1, 1988.
