Me1ymuk - Acting Town Manager - Town Clerk - Deputy C1 erk - Manager - Current Operations Division - Manager - Policy and Information Division (1) PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW NUMBER 2632/88 (A 4/87) SECURITY-BENRON NORTH SIDE OF FINCH AVENUE AT ROSEFIELD ROAD 1. An explanation of the application was given by the Manager, Current Operations Division. 2. Penny Mitchell, Chairperson, Forest Glen Community Association stated that area residents are concerned about the quality of the project and asked what measures will be taken to ensure the project will be completed. An explanation of the application was given by the Manager, Current Operations Division. 2. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the by-law. An explanation of the application was given by the Manager, Current Operations Division. 2. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the by-law. An explanation of the application was given by the Manager, Current Operations Division. 2. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the by-law. An explanation of the application was given by the Manager, Current Operations Division. 2. Peter Barrett, 305 Toynevale Road, objected to the by-law. His property presently has a dual R3/R4 zoning and requested that the R4 zoning be established instead of R3 indicated in the by-law. (VIII) PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW NUMBER 2840/88 (A 26/84)R) 387798 ONTARIO LIMITED (COUGHLAN HOMES) SOUTH SIDE OF FINCH AVENUE BETWEEN ROYAL ROAD AND BROCK ROAD 1. An explanation of the application was given by the Manager, Current Operations Division. 2. Ted Cicieura, Design Plan Services, representing the applicant requested that the sideyard requirement of 1.5 metres be reduced to 1.2 metres and that the minimum dwell i ng uni t area be reduced from 84 square metres to 74 square metres.
