A Statutory Public Meeting was held by the Pickering Town
Council on Monday, October 3, 1988 at 7:30 p.m.

(I) PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW NUMBER 2896/88 (A 45/86)
RUNNYMEDE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED
NORTHEAST CORNER OF DIXIE ROAD AND KINGSTON ROAD
1. An explanation of the application was given by the
Manager - Current Operations Division.
2. Claudia Fieder, Runnymede Developments, requested that
34 units be permitted in the by-law as originally
draft approved.

A resi dent of Woll aston Court who backs on to the
project stated he was tol d that the 1 and woul d be
zoned for single family homes and that this zoning is
incompatible.
