STATUTORY PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING MINUTES
A Statutory Public Information Meeting pursuant to Section 34 of
the Planning Act was held by the Pickering Town Council on

ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION A 14/91
CESARONI HOLDINGS LIMITED
SOUTH SIDE OF KINGSTON ROAD, EAST OF ROUGEMOUNT DRIVE
1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in
Information Report #5/92, was given by Jeff Cole, Planner.

Murray Evans, representing the applicant, stated that he
wi shes to expand the permi tted range of uses. The buil di ng
on the site was constructed in 1989 and has remained vacant
since that time. This Official Plan and Zoning amendment
will a 11 ow the property to be more rna rketab 1 e. The
rezoning will also allow a means of squaring off the
commercial core in the Rougemount Drive/Kingston Road area.
