Deirdre Pickford, 1528 Amberlea Road, stated that she is opposed to this development and is particularly opposed to two accesses onto Amberlea Road. If these accesses are allowed, too many cars will enter onto Amberlea Road and the residents do not want this extra traffic. Accesses should only be allowed onto Highview Drive or Whites Road. .... 5 . Dale Pearson, 750 Stonepath Circle, stated that he opposes any high density development on this land due to the traffic it would create. Most houses in the area are single family dwellings and this development will not be compatible. 2 \a. 6. John Whitehead, representing Bramalea Limited, stated that he is not aware that Bramalea Limited ever proposed a park for the subject lands. A second access was felt to be required because of the number of vehicles from the proposed development and the third access at the north end of the proposed development onto Amberlea Road is to be used for utilities. The density of the project is appropriate for the area and conforms to the Official Plan.
