Kelly to action Councillor Littley to action 3.0 Site Plan Reviews All Westcreek Public School - S6/98 (RO8) Proposal to complete a void space between buildings. Stephen questioned whether or not builders will be continuing the asphalt to the front door. There is the correct number of accessible spots, however, there should also be another curb cut on the other side of the parking lot (noted on site plan). New entrance on addition – Stephen would like to ensure that the hooks for children to hang their coats are accessible and low enough for everyone to reach. Stephen also questioned if the accessible door(s) was a sensor door that opened without the push of a button. However, he is aware that there may be some safety issues with having open doors in a school. Kaleidoscope - S05/08 Parking – each level does have 4 accessible spots, however if a resident requires a disabled spot, will this take away a visitor’s spot? Or would a regular resident’s spot be converted? Stephen questioned whether or not these types of issues were considered in the condo agreement. There were no problems with the size of units or the options for accessible units. Zoia questioned what happens with the suggestions for site plans that are made at these meetings. The Committee would like to receive more feedback with regards to their comments. Lisa to follow up with Tyler, from Planning & Development. Lisa to action 4.0 Other Business & Adjournment All .
