Minutes Moved by John Sabean Seconded by Gordon Zimmerman That the minutes of the June 21,2005 meeting be adopted. - CARRIED 2. Business Arising 2.1 Summer Proiects . A quote will be provided to Shawna this week on the Shawna to continue to development of the draft brochure for Heritage pursue. Pickering, including logo - 500 copies . Federal Heritage Committee participation to continue John representative -Committee to meet every two weeks 3. Other Business 3.1 OHA - Ministrv Presentation Ministry has offered to present on the OHA revision in Pamela provided for October/November meeting with all Durham Heritage information Committees. Bob Martindale, Chair of Heritage Ajax, is coordinating. 3.2 Placement Student Committee concurred not to pursue at this time. 3.3 Concession 5 DesiQnations - . Committee agreed to pursue the designation of 1505 Pamela and Gordon I Whitevale Road - home and property, along with the to begin drafting Glen House in light of the correspondence received report.
