1. Welcome
John Sabean acted as Chair, welcomed everyone present and
introductions were made.
2. Election of Office
Moved by Mary Delaney
Seconded by John Sabean
That Pamela Fuselli be elected as Chair of the Local
Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee (Heritage
Pickering).
CARRIED

Seconded by Karen Emmink
That Shawna Foxton be elected as Vice-Chair of the Local
Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee (Heritage
Pickering).
CARRIED
Moved by Charles Stinson
Seconded by Mary Delaney
That Gordon Zimmerman be elected as Treasurer of the Local
Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee (Heritage

_I 3. Woodruff-Mackenzie House
The Committee discussed the designation of the Woodruff- Plaque to be ordered
! i Mackenzie House. It was noted that a plaque has not been by Committee.

produced for this property, whicr! was designated back in 2002.

~ Palmer-Voss House
The status of the Palmer-Voss House was discussed. Pamela Pamela to investigate.
advised that she would investigate the matter of the plaque
which, to date, has not been placed on the home.
5. EJudget
The budget amount was discussed by the Committee and Gordon to investigate
Gordon suggested that a review of other municipal heritage
budgets be undertaken.
6. Council Representative
Moved by Charles Stinson
Seconded by Mary Delaney
That an invitation be extended to Members of Council for a
Councillor, interested in Heritage Pickering, to represent the
Committee.

the Tower Room.
