2. 2003 Year End Audit - Report CS20-04
Moved by Councillor Ashe
1. That Report to Council CS 20-04 of the Director, Corporate
Services & Treasurer be received and referred to Council
for information; and
Report CS 20-04 to be
referred to Council.
2. That the Auditor's Report to the Audit Committee as
submitted by Deloitte & Touche be received for information;
and
3. That the 2003 draft Audited Financial Statements for the
City of Pickering be received and forwarded to Council for
information.

Moved by Councillor McLean
That the Management Letter from the Auditor be referred to the
Director, Corporate Services & Treasurer for comment and any
further action deemed necessary, and report back to the
Committee.

4. 2003 Financial Information Return
Moved by Councillor Ashe
That the Audit Committee receive the 2003 Financial
Information Return and that it be forwarded to Council for
information.

5. Other Busi ness
a) Moved by Councillor McLean
That the 2003 APT A Financial Statements be received and
forwarded to Council for information.
CARRIED
b) The Director, Corporate Services & Treasurer will forward
an Audit Committee Meeting schedule to all Committee
members.
