Our property is immediately adjacent to the City's parking lot near Millennium Square on Liverpool Road South. In spite of our property being privately owned and posted as a parking area f'Or marina customers only, we get a considerable number of non-marina customers illegally parking on our lot. Could you please advise us if training f'Or a special constable is provided by the City, and we would ask that our request is brought before Council and put on the August agenda. As an interim measure, could a by-law officer attend, when called. to take out illegally parked vehicles on our property. Yours very truly. THE PICKERING HARBOUR CO ~~. Harold G. Hough.
