Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an Agreement dated
the 31st day of August, 19o?.
WHEREAS by Resolution of Council, ~235/67, dated
July 4, 1967, it was provided that the Corporation enter
into an Agreement with Edward J. Delaney,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
the Agreement date'd the 31st day of August, 1967,
between the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing and Edward J. Delaney.
