THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKER!NG

Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block M, Plan M-
1057, Pickering, designated as' Part 3, Plan 40R-17968,
as public highway (Eastbank Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Block M, Plan M-
1057, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-17968, (Eastbank Road) and wishes to dedicate it as
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block M, Plan M-1057, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-17968 (Eastbank
Road) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of December, 1997.
