THE CORPORATION OF ~ TOWN OF pICKERI~
B,, Y-LAW NO. 5173/97
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1, 2 and 8, Plan 4OM.
1861, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. lq, the
council of ~he municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots I, 2 and 8, Plan 40M-1861, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of December 1997.
