THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF P!CKERIN9
BY,LAW NO. 5172/97
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 31,
Concession 1, Picketing, designated aa' Part 3, Plan 4OR.
17463, as public highway (Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 31, Concession 1,
Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-17463 (Rosebank Road) and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 31, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-17463 (Rosebank
Road) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of December, 1997.
