AMENDS
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF _PICKERING_
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 30,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-
1237, as public highwc(~/ (Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of that p~t of Lot 30,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-1237 (Rosebank Road) and wishes to dedicate it
as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 30, Concession I, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-1237 (Rosebank
Road) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of December, 1997.
