BY-LAW NO. 51.69/97 ii
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block 19, Plan 40M-
1653, Pickering, designated as Par: 2, Plan 40R-17922 and
that part of Lot 11, Plan 228, Pickering, designated as' Part 3,
Pla~ 40R-17922, as public highway (Tomlinson Court).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block 19, Plan 40M-1653,
Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-17922, and that part of Lot 1 t, Plan 228, Picketing, designated as Part
3, Plan 40R-17922 (Tomlinson Court) and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block 19, Plan 40M-1653, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-17922 (Tomlinson
Court) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
2. That part of Lot i 1, Plan 228, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-17922 (Tomlinson Court) is
hereby dedicated as public highway.
