BY-LAW NO. 5.165/97
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 63, Plan 40M-1832,
Picketing, as public highway (Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 63, Plan 40M-1832
(Rosebank Road) and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 63, Plan 40M-1832, Pickering, (Rosebank Road) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of December, 1997.
