WHEREAS pursuant to section 15(i) of the Police Services Act., R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 15, as
amended, a municipa~ council may appoint persons to enforce the by-laws of the municipality; and
WI-EEREAS pursuant to section 15(2) of the said Act, municipal by-law enforcement officers are
peace officers for the purpose of enforcing municipal by-laws;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following persons be hereby appointed as municipal law enforcement officers in
and for the Town of Picketing in order to ascertain whether the provisions of By-law
2359/87 are obeyed and to enforce or carry into effect the said By-law and are hereby
authorized to enter at all reasonable times upon lands municipally known as:
1915 Denmar Rd., DCC 060 and 1310 Fieldlight Blvd., DCC #42:
Robert James Mitchell Darryl John Gordon
David Hart Peter Shareck
Donaldt Lancaster Oneal Jerman
1400 The Esplanade, DCC 139, Casitas At Discovery Place:
Warren Dale Dennis Archer
Everoll Harris Jamie DeHart
Jamie Thompson Dianna Langille
Greg Johnston
925 Bayly St., 1210 and 1235 Radom St., 1360 Glenann~. Rd., 1958 and 1975

2. The authority granted in section I hereto is specifically limited to that set out in section
1, and shah not be deemed, at any time, to exceed the authority set out in section i.
3. These appointments shall expire upon the persons appointed in section 1 hereof
ceasing to be employees of Authorized Parking Only Ltd. or upon Authorized Parking
Only Ltd. ceasing to be an authorized agent of 1310 Fieidlight Blvd. or 19i5 Denmar
Rd, or those persons appoioted ceasing to be employees ofG-roup 4 C.P.S. Limited or
upon Group 4 C.P.S. Limited ceasing to be an authorized agent of 1400 Tile
Esplanade, 1310 Fieldlight Blvd., 1915 Denmar Rd., 925 Bayly St., 1210 and 1295
Radom St., 1360 Glenanna Rd., 1958 and 1975 Rosefield Rd. and 580 Eyer Dr.,
whichever shall o~ur first.
4. By-laws 4424/94, 4578/95 and 5045197 are hereby repealed
