THE CORPORATION, 0F THE TOWN OF PICKEI~NC~
BY-LAW NO. 5158/97
Being a by-law to dedicate thai part of the Road
Allowance between Lots 24 and 25, Range 3, B.F.C,
Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-17903, as
public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of the Road Allowance
between Lots 24 and 25, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-17903 and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of the Road Allowance between Lots 24 and 25, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated
as Part 4, Plan 40R-17903, is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of December, 1997.
