WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 56, Plan M-t261 and i
Block I0, Plan 40M-1710, Picketing,
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Block 56, Plan M-1261 and Block 10, Plan 40M-1710, Picketing, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Pebble Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of December, 1997.
