Being a by.law to dedicate that part of Lot 6, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-177ff4 (Pine
Grove A venue) as public highway (LD 189/97).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 6, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-17724 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 6, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Part !, Plan 40R-17724 is hereby dedicated
as public highway (Pine Grove Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 14th day of October, 1997.
