40M. 1875, Pickering (Rosebank Road) as pub~lc
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 142 and 143, Plan 40M.
1875, Picketing (Rosebank Road) and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
i. Blocks 142 and 143. Plan 40M-1875, Picketing (Rosebank Road) are hereby dedicated as public
highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 14th day of October, 1997.
