THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF P~CK~RING
BY-LAW NUMBER S 124/9 7
Being a By-law to amend By-law 4582/95 to delete the "(H)" Holding Symbol
land related text therefrom.
WHEREAS pursuant to the orovir:ons of the Planning Act, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, ,as amended,
the Ontario Municipal Board enacted on February 20, 1995, Zoning By-law 4582/95, rezoning
certain lands in Part Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Plan 469, and Part Lot 17, Concession 1, Picketing and
imposing a holding symbol thereon;
AND WHEREAS the preconditions set out in section (5) of By-law 4582/95 to an amendment
in order to remove the holding symbol from a portion of the lands in Schedule I have been met;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule I to By-law 4582/95 is hereby amended by removing the "(H)" holding symbol
preceding thc use designation "MD-HI' on these lands as set out in the Schedule attached
hereto.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 6 th DAY OF October ,1997.
