NOW ~-[~RElrORE TIlE COUNCIL OF TIlE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERiNG HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. Tr. XT ,q~ENDMENTS
(I) Section 2, DEFINITIONS, of By. law 3036 is hereby amend~ by deleting Section 2.:28.
(2) Section 2, DEFINITIONS, of By*law 3036 is hereby amended by eddJng thereto the
following definition:
Section 2.63. I restaurant - Type A
"a building or part ora building where food is prepared or kept lot retail sale to
thc public for immediate consumption on or off thc premises, or ~)oth on an off
thc premises."
(3) Section II.i, USES PERMI't]'ED (Local Commercial Zone - "C1"), ~';ection
USES PERMri*FED Commercial - (Local Commercial Zone * "C2') and Section 13. I.!
USES PER~IITTED Commercial - (tiighway Commercial Zone - "C3") of By-law 3036
are hereby amended by replacing "eating establishment" with "restaurant - Type A".

By-law 3036, as amended, is hereby further amended only to the extent necessary to give effect
to the provisions of this By-law. Definitions and subject matters not specifically dealt with in
! this By-law shall be governed by relevant provisions of By-law 3036, as amended.
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
