DISPOSITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the pre~.x, essor of s~tion 297 (c) of the Municipal/lct,
R,S.O. 1990. chapt~n' M.45, th~ Council of Tl~ Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
1562/82, providing for the t~mpomry closing of roads tu~d~r the jurisdiction of the Town for
eonaa'u~tion pmgoaes;
AND WHEREAS, it is ngcessaO' to amend tha! By-law in certain r~spects;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corl~ration of the Town of Picketing ltEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule A to By-law 1562/82 is hereby amended by adding thereto Item 222, set out in
Schedule ! to this by-law.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE:
Kinsale Road - between ttighway #7 and Concession 7
Ro~d closed from October 6, ! 0.97 to November 3, 1997.
CONSTRUCTION DURATION:
Approximately 2 weeks (within the 4 week closure).
CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES:
Storm Sewer
· Kinsal~; Road - approximately half-way between Highway//7 and Concession 7,
to alleviate flooding of privt,~e property
Complete Landscap,; Restoration (grading and sodding where required) · to all at'cas affected
