THE CORPORATION OF TIlE TOWN OF PICKERtNG
BY-LAW NO, 511.0/97
Being a by-law to exempt Lot 750, Plan M-19, Pickering,
from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chap!er P. 13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE. thc Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act. R.S.O. 1990. chapter P.13. does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lot 750, Plan M-19 Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th of September, 1997.
