THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKEReLS_G_
By-LAW NO. 5109/97
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 21 to 25, inclusive, Plan
40M-1877 Pickcring, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of the municipality ma>, by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 21 to 25, inclusive. Plan 40M-1877, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of September, 1997.
