THE CORPORATION Of TIlE TOWN OF pICKERING
.BY-LAW NO. 5103/97
Being a by-htw lo authorize the erecution of the release
qf agreements within the ?bwn of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Corporation enters into various agreements pursuant to the provisions of the Planning
Act, R.S.O. i 990, chapter P. 13 and pursuant to the provisions of the Munictpal Act;
WHEREAS such agreements may expire or be superseded by other agreements and may no longer be
required io be registered on title to lands;
NOW TItEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Fown of Picketing ttEREBY ENACIS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary documentation required to
release agreements (save and except tbr Subdivision Agreements). which the Town Solicitor
determines are no longer required lbr thc purposes of protecting the interests of the Town.
