WHEREAS, pursuam to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning 4ct, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,

NOW TItEREFORE. the Council of Thc £'orlx~rati{m of the Town of Pickering itEREBY EN^C'I'S
AS FOLLOWS:
. I. By-laws 4131/92, 4143/93, 4498/94, 4497/94 and 4836/96 arc hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second anti third time and finally passed this 15th day of September, 1997.
