THE ~CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF P!CK_E_.R[__Nf;
BY-LAW NO,
Being a by4aw to repeal Part LOt ~bntroi By-htw 4695/95,
4706/95 and4834/96 respecting Lots l, 2, 3, 4,
12, 13 and Blocks 14, 15 and 16, Plan 40M. 1827, Pic~ring.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council ora municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control Bydaw;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporalion of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 4695/95. 4706/95 and 4834/96 arc hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of September. 1997.
