THE CORPORATION OF THE TO~N OF
BY-LAW NO. 5097/97
Being a by.law to dedicate Block 5!, Plan 40,~,-,
Pickering (Westcreek Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 51, Plan 40M-1508,
Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Block 51, Plan 40M-1508, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Westcreek Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this i 5th day of September, 1997.
