AMENDS
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERINfi
BY-LAW NO. 5088/97
Being a by.law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law 4907/97,
respecting Bloc~ 9, 10, 11, and 12, Plan 40M-1861,
Pic~ring.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning ,~ct, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council ora municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 4907/97 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August, 1997.
