BY-LAW NO. 5087/9?
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law 4908/97
respect!ng Bloc~ 15, 14, 15 and 16, Plan 40M-1719,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O, 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 4908/97 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August, 1997.
