AMENDS
THE COI~OP~TION OF THE ~_~I~PJCKERIN~
BY-LAW NO. §086/97
Being a by. law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law 4906/97
respecting Lots 43 and 44, Plan 40M. 1700, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 4906/97 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August, 1997.
