HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 5085/97BY-LAW REPEALED BY · REPEALS AMENDED BY , AMENDS DISPOSITION THE CORPORATION OF THE TO~Q~ P[CK£~N~G BY-LAW NO. 5085/97 Being a by-law to authorite t]*e Mayor and the Clerk to execute the necessary amending agreement to amend the provisions of section 4 of Schedule .d to the Subdivision ,~greement respecting Plan 40M-1700. WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning .4ct, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law; AND WHEREAS on December 16, 1991, the Town and Garthwood Homes Ltd. entered into a Subdivision Agreement, which agreement was subsequently registered on July 23, 1992 as Instrument No. LT605756; AND WHEREAS that Subdivision Agreement requires amendment; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Co~oration of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: !. Authorization for the Mayor and the Clerk to execute the necessary agreements, acceptable to the Town Solicitor, required to amend the provisions of section 4 of Schedule A to the Subdivision Agreement respecting Plan 40M-1700, Picketing, between the Town and Garthwood Homes Ltd. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August, 1997.
