BY-LAW NO. 5079/97
Being a by-law to dedicate that part q/ Block 25, Plan
40M-1562, Pickering, de.~'ignated a.~' Part 3, Plan 40R-
I 7666 (A.s'hwood r~ale) ax public highway (LD 116/97).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town ur Pickering is the owner of that part of Block 25, Plan 40M-
1562, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40~-17666 and wi~hes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACI'S AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block 25, Plan 40M-1562, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-17666 is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Ashwood Gate).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August, 1997.
