THE CORPORATION OF THE T.OWN OF pICKERING i'
BY-LAW NO. 5077/97
Being a by-law to authorize the execution ora Release of
a Site Plan Agreement respecting Part Lot 19, Range 3,
B.[': C., Pic~ering,
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Site Plan Agreement between the Town and A.C.
Simmonds 8: Sons Limited, dated March !5, 1975 and registered on June 26, 1975, as Instrument No.
D9727;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corpocation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated March 15, 1975 and registered June 26, 1975, as
Instrument No. D9727, between The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and A.C. Simmonds &
Sons Limited.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August, 1997.

RELEASE
In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it
acknowledged,

his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages.
actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way
related to a Site Plan Agreement registered as Instrument No. D9727 on June 26, 1975, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
A.C. SIMMONDS & SONS LIMITED
insofar as it relates to Part Lot 19, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-2194.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Pickering has hereunto affixed its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officer~ this 5th day of August, 1997.
