Being a by-law to exempt Block 43, Phm 40M-1819,
Pickering, .li~om part lot control
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Coancil of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of thc Planning Act. R.S.O. 1990. chapter P it. Ooes not apply to lhe lands
described as follows:
Block 43, Plan 40M-1819, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5/.h day of August, 1997.
